WHY WAS MY DUBAI VISA REFUSED?

There could be several reasons why your Dubai Visa application was refused. Here are some common reasons for visa refusals:

• Incomplete or Inaccurate Application: If your visa application was missing required information or documentation, or if the information provided was inaccurate or inconsistent, it could lead to a visa refusal.
• Failure to Meet Eligibility Criteria: Each type of visa for Dubai has specific eligibility criteria that applicants must meet. If you did not meet the requirements for the type of visa you applied for, your application could be refused. For example, if you applied for a tourist visa but could not provide proof of accommodation or sufficient funds, your application may be denied.
• Previous Immigration Violations: If you have a history of immigration violations, such as overstaying a previous visa or being deported from the UAE, it could result in a visa refusal for future applications.
• Security Concerns: If there are security concerns related to your background or travel history, such as criminal convictions or involvement in illegal activities, it could lead to a visa refusal.

WHAT ARE MY CANCELLATION OPTIONS?

You have the right to cancel your application and be entitled for a refund if you have made a payment, but your application is yet to be processed by us. If you have made the service fee and also uploaded your documents, your application will be mostly likely to be submitted for visa therefore you will not be eligible for a refund.

The refund you will receive will be the balance of the total service fee you paid minus an administration fee up to USD 35. No refunds will be eligible by applicants whose visa application has been submitted or processed.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Fess paid towards the processing of a Dubai Visa are not refundable at any circumstances upon the processing of the application as the immigration do not recompense fees if the application was rejected. 

In the event of your application being rejected or delayed, Visa Application Fees are Non-Refundable, and we shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our website or services during such instances.
